Unimax, TelSoft Solutions Announce Strategic Partnership

Two companies to share technology for system integration

Minneapolis, MN - August 11, 2002 - Unimax, the worldwide provider of change management software for enterprise voice communication networks, and TelSoft Solutions, a leading call accounting and billing developer, announced today the completed integration and reselling status of Unimax's award-winning application framework, 2nd Nature.

The recent integration of Unimax's 2nd Nature Application Framework and Metadata Studio with TelSoft's flagship product, MegaCall, allows users to create and maintain user records in both databases from a single application and user interface. For example, when an employee is added, removed, or updated on the PBX system, 2nd Nature automatically updates the MegaCall database, ensuring that all phones are accounted for in the billing system with the actual phone and user information. System administrators no longer have to worry about keeping two different databases up to date.
