CallTrac call accounting software was developed to fit the needs of small to medium sized businesses ranging from under 100 to approximately 3000 stations. CallTrac will capture, track, and report on all aspects of your organization's call activity (incoming, outgoing, and internal).

Compatible with any PBX

CallTrac is compatible with all PBX/Key system types and Property Management Systems. The system supports:

Polling Capability

This real-time, PC-based call accounting system offers polling capabilities for companies that have multiple locations and wish to track call activity at remote locations in addition to their main site.

Instant Call Processing

Instantaneous call processing enables the isolation and correction of intermittent trunk problems, call misrouting and phone abuse. Call pricing, indexing, sorting and processing all occur instantly as call records are received.

Toll Fraud Detection

Reports can be scheduled to run and print or email automatically with the system's own automatic report scheduler in addition to automatic detection and notification of Toll Fraud conditions. CallTrac also includes corporate cost allocation and billback features.

Multiple Users

Network Version permits multiple users to access the system over the LAN/WAN and distributes reports via email on an automatic or ad hoc basis.

Rate Tables

Customized rate tables are available so that calls are rated exactly according to any negotiated plan (either flat rates or percentage discounts); the system is able to determine the exact route of each call in order to provide accurate costing information.
